Tanyanic Brown
VP Operations
Ms. Brown is a seasoned executive with over 20 years of professional experience focused on diverse management and support of public health, human services, and mental health stakeholders. Her leadership responsibilities include making strategic decisions regarding corporate priorities, providing oversight on contract awards, and ensuring the availability of resources to support company initiatives. Ms. Brown has a solid background in grants management, working with various Federal agencies and national non-profits, which includes providing comprehensive training/technical assistance to grantees, coordinating conferences, recruiting subject matter experts, and conducting peer reviews. Prior to joining F2 Solutions, Ms. Brown was responsible for coordinating and implementing meetings and conferences involving comprehensive public health programs. Ms. Brown continues to utilize her competencies in the areas of budget management, web-based application processes, document management, process improvement, staff development and training, and customer service systems to support F2’s daily operational activities.
Ms. Brown holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Bowie State University. She is a member of Project Management Institute (PMI) and a certified online instructor.
